The Boy Who Wouldn't Share, by Mike Reiss, Illus. by David Catrow

Sharing is such an essential skill for members of a civilized society to learn isn't it? It can't be forced, otherwise resentment results, but when it is truly sincere, wonderful things can happen. WHY is it so HARD to LEARN?

This book is a wonderful way to introduce the concept to children. The verse is catchy, the illustrations engaging, and the end endearing.

I can't talk about this book without repeating what others have said about it, so if you want a more detailed review go here.

  1. No, I haven't yet read it, but have something bookish to share :-)

I have a super give-away contest running this week (and every week) on my LDS blog at Not Entirely British

This time, the prize is a copy of award-winning author Annette Lyon's latest release in her Temple series - Tower of Strength.

Hope you have time to hop on over and take a peek.
